At Berriessimo, we prioritize your satisfaction with our products. Due to health regulations and the personalized nature of our offerings, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on purchased items. Please note that refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

However, if any items are damaged upon delivery, we will gladly offer a full refund or exchange. Please contact us immediately with details and photos of the damaged products, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery date cannot be accommodated.
